Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, in the original packaging, and may require proof of purchase. Some returns may require the customer to cover return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including digital or downloadable products, personalized or custom orders, gift cards, and perishable or time-sensitive items.
